Programme Coordinators
Your job is to render association management services as well as to help in organising industry conferences and exhibitions. The scope of work covers association secretariat duties which include supporting committee meetings and association programmes and activities, maintaining membership database, accounts and daily operations of the association.
For conferences and exhibitions, you need to provide sales and marketing support and coordinate effective execution of the events.
Requirements: You must have at least “O” level qualifications with 1-3 years of working experience, be an excellent team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills, be able to multi-task and meet deadlines within short time frames.
Accounts Executive
Your job is to handle accounts payable / receivable duties, project accounting, fixed assets accounting and financial & management reporting. You are also expected to liaise with our external auditor & tax agent and handle ad hoc projects.
Requirements: You must have minimum Diploma qualifications in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Experienced in handling full set of accounts and working knowledge of MSOffice are essential. You must also be meticulous and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.
